Please have the following information ready before you contact me. This will make it much easier to diagnose your issue and give you an accurate estimate.
- Model of computer you are using (for example: iMac, iBook, Power Mac, MacBook Pro.)
- Operating system and version your machine is running currently
- Processor and speed (for example, 700MHz PowerPC G3; 1.3GHz PowerPC G4; 2GHz Intel Core Duo)
- The make and model of any peripherals you are using (such as a printer, scanner, tablet or external drive) that pertain to your issue (for example: HP PSC 1610 All-in-one; Wacom Graphire 4x5 tablet; LaCie 120GB d2 FireWire drive)
- Any software that you are using that is pertinent to your current set of issues, with version numbers, if possible
